Dr. Paul Dettling is a Roseville native and currently resides in Blaine.   After finishing two years of NCAA D3 hockey and obtaining a B.A. in Biology from St. Mary's University of Minnesota, he went to Logan University College of Chiropractic in St. Louis Missouri. There he received two degrees, his doctoral in chiropractic and masters in sports and rehabilitation. Upon graduating in 2015 he returned to his home state to start his private practice. He is a active community member coaching both hockey and baseball and spends his free time golfing, hunting, fishing and going on adventures with his wife, Dr. Andrea, and daughter Sloane.  Dr. Paul loves treating families, athletes and weekend warriors.  Schedule your appointment with him today!

Dr. Lance was born in St. Louis, MO and then moved to a small town called Sun Prairie, WI where he grew up playing hockey, lacrosse, and the cello in the orchestra. After graduating high school, he attended the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse where he studied biology and pre-medicine. Dr. Lance decided to go back to St. Louis to attend Logan University College of Chiropractic. There he earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic thanks to the support of his wife (Liz), family, and friends. Outside the office, Dr. Lance enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, serving as an elder at Renovation Church, anything hunting, hockey, fishing, and automotive. Dr. Lance loves treating first-time chiropractic patients, families, and those who strive toward wellness.

Kraig graduated from Rexburg College of Massage Therapy in 2018, where he received training in Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal, Cupping, and Clinical Therapies. Kraig is also certified in Aroma Touch Therapy through doTerra. Kraig truly cares for his clients and wants to help them achieve better, stress free lives.

MiKayla has been working as a chiropractic office manager for 7 years. She is from the Iron Range and loves camping, four-wheeling, and saying “oh, yah sure” and “Ope!”. Most of her family is still up in the Grand Rapids area and she tries to visit them often! She met and married her husband in 2012. They grew their family with 2 children and four cats, all named after WWE characters. (the cats… not the kids!) As a family, their passions are rock hunting (agates, omars, “sea” glass, and quartz balls are our favorites to find), gardening, MN sports, and putting together puzzles.

Lexi is the compassionate and dedicated chiropractic technician of the team at Generations Family Chiropractic, where she is actively working toward her goal of becoming a chiropractor. Her passion for health and wellness, paired with her love for working with kids, drives her every day as she strives to help patients of all ages achieve their best health. When she’s not at the office, she enjoys being outdoors, photography, bonding with your family and friends, bowling league, and spontaneous national park hikes. Lexi also shares her home with two rescue dogs, Bella and Nova, who keep her on her toes with their playful energy and loyal companionship. 

Ashley is truly the swiss army knife of the clinic. She has held almost every position in the clinic at one time or another. Ashley is a proud veteran of the United States Army and mom of 3 beautiful children. She loves to spend her free time going on fun adventures with either her girlfriends or her family!
